The I Matter program can connect you with a therapist for up to 6 free virtual counseling sessions (some in-person appointments available, too) that are completely confidential. There is a document to fill out that can walk you through the process on the website. This program is for youth ages 18 years old and younger. Youth ages 12 and older can apply without parents/guardian consent but youth 11 years and younger will need parents’ consent. Visit the website for more information.
