How to use the Find a Therapist Tool
Psychology Today’s tool is a great way to connect with local therapists, either in person or online. Here are a few tips to find a therapist for you:
- Enter your city or zip code
- You can search for therapists by your insurance plan, ethnicity, price, etc. Click on the “more” tab to find additional ways to narrow down your search.
- You can click on the therapists you find to learn more about them and see if they might be a good fit.
- We encourage you to reach out to 3 to 4 therapists. Many of them will provide a free brief chat to help you get to know them a little better.
- If you run into any challenges or have questions, please call the Project HairCare phone number at 1-800-209-3569
